E1: OMWWEB: User Defined Object (UDO) in OMW Default Project Removed Once the Object Is Shared

When any personal User Defined Object (UDO) such as Grid Format is created, the object is added into the user's Default OMW project. However the object in the default project is removed once the UDO is Approved/Shared.
A custom grid format is created, the associated UDO is added to user's default project in P98220W:
Once the object is shared, the object is no longer in the default project:
