E1: 49: Shipment Not Routed After Changes to the Sales Order Header ‘Delivered To’ Address (Customer Sets)

Symptoms

Enter an order using P42101, populate the Sold To, Ship To values and the Branch Plant. Save the order and a shipment is generated. Inquire on order and make a change that will result in a new shipment being generated. It can be as simple as a date change, but in this instance involves the “Customer Sets” functionality. Take the “Edit Full Header” button, add the Delivered To, and adjust the ‘Address for Transport’ field to value 2. The original shipment moves to a status of 99 (canceled), a new shipment is generated, but is at a routing status of 9, and the Routing Options screen shows up blank.
