|Question 1: When using the FMLA functionality, how does the system verify eligibility? Does it look at total hours in the F0618 to determine if the employee has worked the required 1250 hours over the previous 12 months?|
|Question 2: How does it count the months/weeks to determine the previous 12 months worked requirement? Is it a calendar 12 months or does it count back from the current system date and figure the previous 12 months and the 1250 hours?|
|Question 3: If the program does look at the F0618 to determine the 1250 hours requirement, does it look at all pay types that are hours based? There doesn't seem to be a place where you can define what pay types should be considered.|
