Symptoms

When attempting to submit XML requests in production environment from a third party it is causing CallObject zombie kernels during heavy volume processing of XML Requests.
the following error occurs.

ERROR

XMLDispatcher error report: The network communication is broken.

Errors in Dispatch errors when COK goes to Zombie.
