E1: 76B: No Batch Number in Cardex After Second (R42800) Run for Recoverable Tax Lines (Doc ID 2404764.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 08, 2019

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Sales Order Processing - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Sales Update (R42800) first run for stock lines updates the stock entries in the Cardex with the corresponding General Ledger Date (DGL) and Batch Number (ICU). However, when the second (R42800) version is submitted for the recoverable tax lines, this program populates only the General Ledger Date, leaving the batch number blank. This lack of information makes it impossible to identify the related tax lines records in the Cardex based on the batch number.
