E1: CFR11: Enhancement Request For The Ability to Enable Auditing For System Tables in Multiple Pathcodes (Doc ID 2405031.1)

Last updated on JANUARY 03, 2024

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools - Version 9.1 to 9.2 [Release 9.1 to 9.2]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Auditing in multiple pathcode is supported starting from tools release 9.1.4.x (i.e, PY920 and DV920 ). However Auditing is not Supported for System Tables in Multiple Path-codes because system tables are shared across multiple path codes. This is due to the limitation in the CFR11 code.

When enabling Auditing in PY for a system table say for example F0093, Use P0092 and add/attach any environment to a user (Example "ORATEST").

Verifying the A table (A0093 ) via UTB will have proper GUID and other details such as user id and application name etc...
However, login to DV and perform the similar steps (Note that auditing is enabled ONLY in PY as this is a shared table(System DS).
Verifying A0093 via UTB, above record will have "Third Party" as GUID and application is updated as "activeconso" instead of P0092.

Enabled auditing for system tables in multiple path-codes
