E1: MOBJ: Enhanced/Advanced MOBJ Panel Displays Wrong Language

After upgrading to 188.8.131.52, it can be observed that the language preference of the user whom first logs on to E1 and opens the Advanced/Enhanced MOBJ Attachment panel, remains saved in cache and is then consequently impacting all following instance users, regardless of their language preference.
Here is an example of a domestic (English/blank language user preference) user who has logged on to E1 web, following a user with Japanese language preference:
