After upgrading to, it is observed that the language preference of the user whom first logs on to E1 and opens the Advanced/Enhanced MOBJ Attachment panel, remains saved in cache and is then consequently impacting all following instance users, regardless of their language preference

Here is an example of a domestic (English/blank language user preference) user who has logged on to E1 web, following a user with Japanese language preference:
