Symptoms

When attempting to apply a software update, while running the R98403XB, the following error is seen in the jde.log:



STEPS TO DUPLICATE
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. apply the Software Update to an environment
2. report R98403XB fails with "Copy failed" error
3. errors above are seen in the jde.log
