E1: KER: New Enterprise Server Kernels Die And Porttest Fails With No Error (Doc ID 2406541.1)

Symptoms

1) After installing a new Enterprise Server the Porttest stops during the data dictionary check and shows no error.

The porttest stops at this point:

"[1] 00017582 36300000
[0] 00017582 8956200
Total number of rows printed = 99.

Calling DataDictionary Validation function,..."

2) When Enterprise Servers are started the kernels die immediately. The logs show errors:

MAIN_THREAD METADATA - Using Environment [PS920] for user [JDE] in sendCnvMsgToMetadataServer()
MAIN_THREAD getKernelInternalQueueEntrySvr(): response msg timed out.
MAIN_THREAD Received time out error - will attempt 2 more time(s).
MAIN_THREAD METADATA - Using Environment [PS920] for user [JDE] in sendCnvMsgToMetadataServer()
MAIN_THREAD getKernelInternalQueueEntrySvr(): response msg timed out.
MAIN_THREAD Received time out error - will attempt 1 more time(s).
MAIN_THREAD METADATA - Using Environment [PS920] for user [JDE] in sendCnvMsgToMetadataServer()
MAIN_THREAD getKernelInternalQueueEntrySvr(): response msg timed out.
MAIN_THREAD METADATA - Attempted to send Metadata Kernel a message 3 times and did not recieve a reply. Returning failure to the caller. The Metadata Kernel is Kernel #30 in the jde.ini and the message ID being sent to the kernel is 15751.
MAIN_THREAD Entering JDB_CloseTable (hRequest 09c22c78)

3) Java based kernels (Metadata , MGMT, Text search) are zombied while loading JVM.
