Symptoms
P4210 - Sales Order Entry
R3482 - MRP Single-Plant
R3483 - MRP Multi-Plant
P4021 - Supply & Demand Inquiry
Currently, MRP does not consider credit orders or sales returns for planning purposes, irrespective of the use of forecast consumption logic. Only P4021 takes into consideration negative sales orders, but only for display purposes.
There is a business need to have the negative sales orders taken into consideration correctly for planning purposes, as the overall stock situation is also influenced by the negative sales order demand.
