ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
125 DBAs No Longer Being Considered Post Tax After 2018 May Monthly Update
After taking the Vertex May 2018 monthly update when testing on an employee who has 401K DBA, 125 DBAs, and HSA DBAs (all considered Pretax), only the calculated 401K and HSA DBA amounts are being considered pretax and going to the excludable bucket but not the 125 DBA amounts.
If on the other hand the employee has no HSA DBAs and only 401K and 125 DBAs then the system correctly considers the 401K AND 125 DBAs as pretax and moves both the 401K and 125 DBA calculated amounts to the excludable bucket.
This is not correct; 125 DBAs should always be considered pretax and go to the excludable bucket whether or not the employee also has HSA DBAs.
