Specific to using DBAs for ACA (instead of benefits).
When employees are changing DBA coverage within a month the 1095-C Offer and Coverage Workfile Build (R08119) is inserting blanks for line 14/15/16 for summary record when there is no lapse in coverage within the month.
This is specific new hire employees that are not covered for all months and at least one employee, processed prior to current employee, has waived coverage (via Employee Master values).
