If row security is set on table F4141 to limit staff to a specific Branch/Plant (MCU), R41411 - 'Select Items For Count', when run for a branch/plant that they are not allowed to process, creates the Count header record in the F4140 with the count of the inventory items associated with the selected Branch/Plant. However, there are no F4141 records associated with the F4140. Thus to someone using P41240 (Cycle Count Review), the 'Locations to Count' and 'Items to Count' will have numbers greater than Zero, indicating that there should be records in the F4141 table for that count but there are no records in that table for that count.

1. Set up Row Security via Security Workbench to prevent updates to the F4141 table for a specific branch plant.
2. Run R41411 over the branch plant with security applied.
3. The UBE completes fine with PDF output
4. Use P41240 to inquire on the cycle count. Notice the cycle count header appears F4140. However, if you attempt to drill down into the cycle count, no detail F4141 records are there.
