Symptoms

Symptom 1:

Customer installed 9.2.2.4 and the required ESU JN15279 in order to install the Subscription Manager (Assigned Subscriptions P980053X).

The object was installed and deployed and we can create notifications just fine. However we cannot use the Assigned subscription Manager. Whenever we try to access our Assigned Subscriptions, the application starts, we can see it in our Open Applications, but nothing happens.

We can't access the application by clicking on it.

Symptom 2:

"My Subscriptions" was working fine in TR9.2.3.1, but after upgrading to TR 9.2.3.3, "My Subscriptions" shows a blank screen.

Symptom 2:

While testing "Message Center"(P980051X) on tools release 9.2.3.3, "Message Center" shows a blank screen.
