Goal

 Provide a solution for identifying and recreating standard OCM records that may be missing after running the Environment Director (P989400) or Installation Workbench run to create a custom environment.

NOTE: Missing OCM records may cause a number of different issues in the new custom environment, making it difficult to identify the actual cause of the problem is missing OCMs. Below are just few examples of symptoms:

  • UBE errors when submitted to server
  • Application errors
  • Errors promoting objects for a custom environment
  • Errors with audit on a custom environment
