E1: 43: Issues When Approving PO Using Emailed Link

Symptoms

Approval Processing (P43081)

For certain approvers, when they approve order using the Email Notification Link to approve an order, when they click on the Approve Form Exit in the Approval Processing (P43081 Form W43081B) screen, the Form Exit drop down list disappears but the system leaves the user in EnterpriseOne. The user then selects the Form Exit again and the Approve option still appears. They click again on the Approve option. When this happens there are two (or more if they continue to take the Approve exit) notification emails sent to the next approver in the approval route.

For other approvers, when the approver clicks on the Approve button once on the Purchase Order Approval screen (P43081 Form W43081B) should issue a popup warning "The webpage you are viewing is trying to close the tab. Do you want to close this tab?". If the user clicks Yes, the user is logged out of E1 automatically and returned to the open email. If the order needs to be routed to the next approver, only one email is sent.
