(Doc ID 2415193.1)
Last updated on APRIL 09, 2023
Applies to:
JD Edwards EnterpriseOne US Payroll - Version 9.2 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
Statutory employees have always been set up with a Tax Method = X in the employee's National and Fiscal Data screen so that no taxes is calculated. Currently, the system does not calculate any taxes, which is correct. However, it didn't report any wages in the F06136 history table either. This caused no wages to be reported in the W-2 for Federal, state, and local.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If the employee is set up with tax method X, no tax amount taken for Federal, State, and Local but should have wages reported in history table F06136 so that wages will be reported correctly at the end of the year on the employee W-2.
