E1: SEC: Unable to Login into E1 Web Client after Enabling the SSL Communication in Between HTML and Enterprise Server (Doc ID 2417108.1)

Customer followed the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools Security Administration Guide --> 19 Configuring SSL/TLS for JDENET --> 19.4.2 JDENET SSL-Enable Server Authentication (Release 9.2.1) to enable the SSL/TLS communication in between HTML & Enterprise Server.

After following the steps mentioned in the guide, when trying to login into E1 Web Client, on screen they are getting the error message "Unable to communicate with Security Server"


JDENET SSL-Enable Server Authentication was enabled
