E1: SEC: Unable to Login into E1 Web Client after Enabling the SSL Communication in Between HTML and Enterprise Server

Customer followed the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools Security Administration Guide --> 19 Configuring SSL/TLS for JDENET --> 19.4.2 JDENET SSL-Enable Server Authentication (Release 9.2.1) to enable the SSL/TLS communication in between HTML & Enterprise Server.
After following the steps mentioned in the guide, when trying to <LOGIN> into E1 Web Client, on screen they are getting the error message "Unable to communicate with Security Server"
JDENET SSL-Enable Server Authentication was enabled
