E1: 45: Subsequent Adjustments Not Calculating on New Base Price Flag Adjustment; Instead Calculating on Base Price (Doc ID 2422458.1)

Last updated on JULY 12, 2018

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Advanced Pricing - Sales - Version 9.0 to 9.2 [Release 9.0 to 9.2]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

EnterpriseOne 9.0
With an advanced pricing definition that includes the first advanced pricing adjustment defined with the New Base Price Flag checked, the system appears to be validating against the item's Unit Price (F4106) instead of the adjustment that defines the new Unit Price for subsequent adjustments. Subsequently, for subsequent adjustments, the system is validating the From Level Amount (as defined in the Schedule Detail - P4074) from the P4106/F4106 instead of the adjustment defined with the New Base Price Flag Checked. In the Price History (P4074), of a sample order, we can see the Unit Price calculation of the New Base Price Flag adjustment. The system is calculating the next adjustment based on the F4106 Unit Price instead of the amount From Levels defined in P4072.

Expected result is that the system calculate adjustments based
on the New Base Price.
