E1: OCI: "Unknown JAS Sign In Error" during Login on JAS on newly provisioned install with One-Click Provisioning (Doc ID 2422795.1)

Symptoms

Application Release: 9.2
Tools Release: 9.2.2.4
Weblogic version on JAS server: 12.2.1.3


After provisioning a new install of JDE with 9.2 Application Release and 9.2.2.4 Tools Release, the Login page keeps loading for a couple of minutes after the user enters credentials and then the following error is displayed: "Sign In Error : An unknown JAS sign in error occurred. Please contact the System Administrator".

 

In the JAS logs the following error can be seen:


The One-Click Deployment failed at the "Integration" step for the JAS server - last one in the list of the steps for provisioning JAS server through One-Click.
