Symptoms

After upgrading from 9.1 to 9.2, cannot use a custom 3rd party C# application to call our standard web service that is hosted on the JD Edwards business services server. This WSDL is one of the JD Edwards standard business services. Getting an error as shown below. The RI_AddressBook sample business service works with no issues.
