Symptoms

In P91300 W91300F, there are several jobs staying in “Launched” status indefinitely. These are old jobs and there are no corresponding records for these jobs in Work with Submitted Jobs.
For a job staying indefinitely in Launched status, when the Scheduler Server is started or when the Scheduler Job Monitor is running, in the Scheduler Kernel debug log file the following information is captured:
