Symptoms

EnterpriseOne 9.2

When entering the Work With Serial Numbers form (P4220) in Add mode, the Branch/Plant field is BLANK instead of returning the Branch/Plant value defined in the Work With Default Location & Printers form (P400951).

Business Impact - Minimal as records can be entered. It might cause confusion as users see an error that they shouldn't see.
