New Oregon Transit Tax (G1) still calculating incorrectly when they work in different states

When an employee is setup in the National/Fiscal data screen with TARR=38 and TARA=(any other state) and the source of SUI/SDI reporting is set with a blank, the system correctly creates the Oregon transit tax as 38/G1 and the description on the pay stub is also correct however all of the 38 tax area tax types (C/F/GM/H and HM) are also calculating.  To control the tax area the system pulls from we can enter a "W" in the Source of SUI/SDI field.

However when you put a "W" in the SUI/SDI field to prevent all of the Oregon state tax types from calculating, now the description on the pay stub for Oregon Transit Tax goes missing and the OR Transit Tax is no longer going to 38/G1 as it should; instead it incorrectly goes to the work tax area (other than 38)/G1
