E1: OVR: Shared Reports Not Visible for Users With a Role That has Application Security Enabled (Doc ID 2433172.1)

Some Users were assigned to a specific Role (Ex: Role1) and this role has application security enabled for a particular report and a version.

Example: Role1 P55Application VersionT001 Application security

There is a shared OVR report for this application in P98220U.

The users with this role are not able to see the shared OVR report. Other users who are not assigned with that application role (Role1 in this case) are able to view the shared report fine.
