E1: 31: Work Order Completion (P31114) Does Not Display Record Reserved By Error

Symptoms
When completing a Work Order that is related to an open Sales Order (line type W), the completions program (P31114) does not display expected error "Reserved by <reserved user ID>, although a SO reservation exist in P00095 Business Object Reservations/F0095 . Because of no error in P31114, the user makes a change in the SO detail, system sets back the updated SO status and lot number completed is blanked out and order commitments are lost.
Same results are encountered if completion is full or partial and only if user makes a change in the related SO.
No Record Reservation lock is encountered on WO Completions when the related SO (RORN) is open, causing that if reserved sales order is changed/updated (P4210 CSI) the already advanced status done by P31114 during completions, is set back and lot commitment is lost.
