Symptoms

Release Backorders P42117
P42117 is assigning a new shipment number on the sales order line instead of consolidating with a previous shipment from the other line of the sales order.

This happens when transit days is greater than zero on the transportation route.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================
1. Set Transportation Constants to Single Order Consolidation.
2. P4210 Enter a sales order with multiple lines with no availability.
Order date = 07/05/2018, Requested Date = 10/07/2018
Notice Lines in backorder . No Shipment created at this point, all dates are 10/07/2018 on the sales order lines.
3. P42117 Work with Backorders: Select the first line only and take row exit Release Line. Notice that Schedule Pick Date and Requested Date are set to
10/07/2018 in Release Backorder Screen. Shipment number assigned on sales order line.
4. P42117 Work with Backorders: Select the second line: a New shipment number assigned on the sales order line .
Notice that Schedule Pick Date and Requested Date are set to 10/07/2018 in
Release Backorder Screen.
But on the sales order line, the one with the shipment assigned , The promised shipped date is 09/07/2018 due to the Transit date set to 1 day.

Check sales order lines. New shipment gets assigned every time instead of consolidating.
