E1: AIS In Server Manager Console, User Activity Shows "Not Available" for AIS Instance (Doc ID 2434771.1)

Symptoms

When you access User Activity link under "TRACK" OR If you click on the User Info Metrics" link from AIS instance, it shows the correct active Users. However, if you click on the "EnterpriseOne Servers by Group" option from "select View", the User Activity for "AIS" instance shows "Not Available.
