E1: 32: No "Invalid Characters Found" Error when C Table Unable to Return Valid Value in Configured Item Revisions (P3210) (Doc ID 2436826.1)

Symptoms

When a calculated segment is linked to a C Assembly Inclusion Rule with a table, if no value can be returned, the Configurator Error Character will display in the P3210 Answer field. However, there is no Invalid Characters Found error, and the user can add to the sales order as if it were a valid configuration.
