Symptoms

When using Plans w/Options in ESS Benefits Enrollment, the Plan Header or description does not appear when the employee is enrolling nor is it in Available Plans (P085520W). This is confusing to the employee as they don't know what option goes with the plan. If there are more than one plan and options available.  For example, the employee may be choosing Additional Optional AD&D and the selections may be for the employee only or the employee and family. There's no distinction as to when the plan option values change, only the values are listed.

The only way to have a Plan Header is to set the Plan Master to Allow Enrollment at the Plan Level so that the description entered on the Self-Service tab is used.

Normally, when there are Plan Options, allowing enrollment at the plan level is not necessary as the options are the enrollment choices.
