When planning Demand is received with a requested date that is past due and the SCHFEN preference is set up with a plan forecast fence then the R40R010 still processes the demand and creates forecast with a past due date that is outside the plan forecast fence.
Planning demand with a future date, outside the plan forecast fence is processed correctly and no forecast is created.

1) Set up Advanced Preference for SCHFEN preference with Plan Forecast days = 1
2) Set Planning Fence Rule = “H” on Item branch record
3) P47171 create Demand header and Demand detail for 2 different item
4) Enter Demand Schedule for Requirement type P - Planning demand and a weekly demand period
5) Enter Demand Schedule for Detail line 1 with a requested date more than a week in the past
6) Enter Demand Schedule for Detail line 2 with a future requested date
7) Run R47171 and Demand records (F40R10, F40R11) are created
8) Run R40R010 and Create SO status (CRTSOSTS) is set to 3 for future Demand which is correct as date was outside planing
9) past due demand is processed (Create SO status=0 ) and Forecast is created with past due date
