Last updated on MARCH 16, 2020

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Real Estate Management - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Setup: Non-Property Lease has multiple assets with different Business Units under the same company. Recurring Billing is setup for the assets and respective BUs for each asset.

Two issues are noted:

(1) When updating the Lease Status to 10 (Lease Term changes complete), the BU on the second asset on the lease is changed by the system to the same BU on the first asset.

(2) When running R15170 with this issue, the report gives confirmation that amortization schedules were create successfully but the UBE only created the amortization schedule for the first asset and not the second asset.
