E1: OVR: One View Report Shows a Blank Screen in Interactive Viewer on BI Publisher 12.2.1.3 (Doc ID 2443596.1)

Symptoms

On BI Publisher 12.2.1.3.0, user is able to save a One View report successfully but cannot run the report successfully. When clicking on One View report, the Interactive Viewer screen opens but remains blank and nothing appears inside.
The same One View report can be run in BI Publisher Enterprise. The same report works fine in BI Publisher version 12.2.1.2.0.

Steps to Replicate

  1. Sign on to EnterpriseOne on the Web Client.
  2. Enter an application name in fast path (example P03B2022)
  3. Under OneView menu, select to launch any OneView Report.
  4. A new window is opened but it is blank.

If user tries viewing a PDF or Excel Output, then the following error is seen in the Interactive Viewer window:
