Symptoms

On Tools Release 9.2.0.3:

When attempting to shutdown the database on Node 1 of an Oracle RAC the following errors are reported in the JAS log file:

 

 

The connection to Node 2 is successful.

 

At the time when this operation is executed:

- JDE services are up and running;

- No users are connected to JDE;

- TNS listener for Node1 was already stopped;
