Symptoms

The tax amount written to F4311 records by R44H7113 does not match the tax calculated by the P44H702 - Voucher Workbench even with Bug 27233467 applied.

When creating vouchers using Voucher Workbench P44H702 the tax amount calculated on one/some lines does not match the tax calculated previously by the Homebuilder/Purchasing systems.

This was reported and corrected by Bug 27233467, but there are still tax calculation issues.
