E1:AIS " INVALID TOKEN" with AIS Mobile Apps behind a Load Balancer (Doc ID 2445877.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to login into mobile device for M41240 AIS mobile apps getting users get session expired messages for AIS server under load balancing with 2 servers as the destination. The error does not happen when connecting directly to the server or going through the load balancer with only 1 server as a destination. Also it is not specif to a particular AIS mob app, but rather any AIS mob app that conencts to an AIS server with Load balancer.
