E1: ORCH Unable To Edit Service Request - "Either this is an invalid application or you do not have access permission" (Doc ID 2446404.1)

When attempting to edit an imported Service Request in Orchestrator Studio, the following error occurs.

All the Featured, Action and view security look correct.   "Create Service Request" and "Edit Service Request" buttons are green, but right panel shows the error.





If you try to test the samples from AIS client, nothing happens (blank screen).  No errors or exceptions.
