Brazil Localization Tax Netting Process (R76B9011) Report

When attempting to run Brazil Localization Tax Netting Process (R76B9011) Report, on a Non-Stock line with PIS and COFINS taxes the following error is displayed in the report.

ERROR
Distribution AAI Number 4240 Invalid (Error ID 029P)
CAUSE : The Automatic Accounting Instruction (AAI) number 4240 used by this application is not defined in the Distribution/Manufacturing AAI table.

RESOLUTION : Review the AAI that is not set up correctly using the Distribution/Manufacturing AAI maintenance application and set up or modify the required data. Check the information for Company 00001, Order Type 00001 and GL CLass code CO99.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create a Brazilian Localization Sales Order for a non-stock line.
  2. Process the order through Nota Fiscal via the Generate Nota Fiscal – Brazil (R76558B) program
  3. After the outbound Nota Fiscal run Brazil Localization Tax Netting Process (R76B9011) Report to generate the Journal entries for PIS and COFINS taxes
