ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Bug Request #25480473 for report P09131 was returned as 'Not A Bug'. Client said that the issue still remains in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The report should sequence by absolute value when the processing option is set that way.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set processing options for P09131 to sequence by absolute value
2. Run report
3. Review results

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get data in the order preferred.
