Symptoms

After voiding the invoice for a service order (VOID = V in P48250), the transaction is moved back to workfile table F4812. When inquiry in Workfile application P4812 for that service order and then go to details, no information is displayed, even though there is data in the table F4812.

When inquiry in Workfile application P4812 for the service order before voiding the invoice, the information is correctly displayed.
