E1:ORCH Orchestration Connection Information not Saving in Internet Explorer or Firefox (Doc ID 2449158.1)

Symptoms

Using Internet Explorer 11, and trying to create a new Orchestration that is based on a service request that calls a connection to an external rest service. Enter the endpoint and security username and password and push the save button. The green box shows that it is saved, however, if leave the record then go back in right away, the endpoint information and user/password is not saved. So even though the green box that shows the record is saved, appears, it actually does not save the record.
