ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The P510211 should correctly update the projected final ledger for all accounts (including those with MOC=S).

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add a new job and add accounts and budgets
2. Make sure that two of the accounts where budgets are added have a MOC=S.
3. View projected final values in the JSI
4. Using the P510211, make an adjustment to one of the cost accounts with a MOC=S so that it is larger than the budgeted amount.
5. View projected final values on that account and see that they are not corrected - they were not updated by the amount of the adjustment in step #4.
6. Run R51803 and then view results on JSI. Note that the projected final values are now correct.
7. Client shouldn't have to run the R51803 to get the correct projected final values for accounts with MOC=S

BUSINESS IMPACT
