E1: 05A: Incorrect History Data In F08042 for Data Items HRTN, SALN And CMPA (Doc ID 2451558.1)

Symptoms

The HR History table, F08042 is updated incorrectly when the Pay Rate Information (P060131) application is used to give employees salary/hourly rate increases. Extra lines are created with no history data detail. There is also a large amount in the 'numeric value of value history data amount' field populated in the additional record.

The additional lines in history table for data items HRTN, SALN and CMPA, with History data(HSTD) shows "0" but Numeric value(HSTN) shows values like 4294961.97.
