Symptoms

EnterpriseOne version 9.2

EDI - Update Electronic Receipts (R47111) is not creating records in F03B13Z1 after adding after records manually to the F47111, F47112, F47113 via the EDI Inbound Receipt Inquiry (P47110).  The R47111 report shows records in the F47111, F47112, F74113 but does not show any records in the F47114.  When the R47111 is run in final mode there are no errors given, it just does not create records in the F03B13Z1.
