E1: GRID: OMW: Export Functionality from Web Client Does Not Work (Doc ID 2451826.1)

Symptoms

Export functionality from E1 web client does not bring up any file to the browser. While doing the export from grid (CSV or Excel), nothing happens after clicking continue on the export assistant screen - no pop-up with the exported file nor the file is getting downloaded automatically.
It is the same behavior for export from OMW web (P98220W) as well.

The file is getting created in the temp location as expected but it is not getting pulled to the browser. Sample temp location on the web server would be:

/u01/oracle/Oracle/Middleware/Oracle_Home/user_projects/domains/E1_App/servers/PY920/stage/JPY920/app/webclient.war/temp
