Symptoms

Running Batch Program R34A1000 ends in an error when trying to complete Batch Program R34A1040. MSCE1PDP Collect Planning Data log shows an error as below:

ODI-1228: Task Synchronize_XML (Procedure) fails on the target XML connection E1CustomerDS.
Caused By: java.sql.SQLException: class java.sql.SQLException
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; lineNumber: 2160518; columnNumber: 1; XML document structures must start and end within the same entity.
