On Internet Explorer 11, when closing the Manage Favorites Window from the X button at the top right corner, the JAS page freezes. In order to continue using the Web Client, the page has to be refreshed.
Steps to duplicate:
1. Login to JDE
2. Click on Manage Favorites from Carousel
3. Click on X button to close Manage Favorites window
4. Page freezes
