Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users are able to revise the Order Address information for closed sales orders via Customer Service Inquiry (P4210). As a result, when reprinting the sales order, the new address is used. If a third party tax integration is used, the tax rate associated with the new address is used for the reprint. Then, the reprinted order does not match the order information in Accounts Receivable.
