E1: CAF1: Unable to Create CafeOne Layout, the "Create New Content" and "Open Existing Content" Icons are Grayed Out (Doc ID 2457626.1)

Symptoms

User is unable to create any CafeOne layout. After choosing from Personalization -> "Edit Form Layout", both the "Create New Content" and "Open Existing Content" buttons or icons are grayed out. User is not able to click on the button to create a new CafeOne layout.


Steps to Duplicate:

  1. In an open application form (example P01012 - Work With Addresses form), under Personalization, select "Edit Form Layout" option.
  2. Both the "Create New Content" and "Open Existing Content" buttons or icons are grayed out.
