E1: 34: Customer Sets are not Repected During Process MRP/MPS Detail Message Revisions (Doc ID 2458791.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 03, 2019

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Requirements Planning - Version 9.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

P42430 - Customer Set
P3411 - MRP Messages

B/P Constants (P41001) are set to Use Customer Set and P42430 is defined for the supply and demand MRP branch plants to populate the fields 'Delivered To' and 'Invoiced To' on the sales order header. When raising ST / OT orders from supply B/P to demand B/P using the P4210 version defined for transfer orders, the system is using the Customer Set settings correctly and the fields 'Delivered To' and 'Invoiced To' are populated in the header of ST order.
However, when using the same P4210 version called from a P3411 version for manually processing MRP messages and create ST/OT orders from those messages, the Customer Set settings are not taken into consideration. As a result, the
ST/OT orders created from P4210 version for transfer orders via P3411 do not have the fields 'Delivered To' and 'Invoiced To' populated as per Customer Set settings.
